MCLA’S MURAL TOURS PROGRAM
LOOKING TO ADD VOLUNTEERS

MCLA needs volunteers to step forward and help keep its popular public mural bus tour program going. Tour co-director, Robin Dunitz, will be leaving the Los Angeles area later this year. We would like to form a committee to work with Jim Kenney in planning and carrying out the tours. Responsibilities include taking reservations, doing publicity, helping develop tour itineraries with local muralist-guides, creating the bus routes, and accompanying the tours. Docent training is also possible for those interested in leading tour groups.

An initial informational meeting for all interested people will be held at the home of Robin Dunitz in Studio City at 10am on Saturday, June 29th. All interested people should call Robin at (818) 763-1825.
--Robin Dunitz

(Note--Robin has since relocated, and further queries about the Tours Program and other volunteer opportunities should be directed to (323) 512-5697.--Ed.)
