EMILY CORDOVA WINTERS
Biographical Information
Originally from Illinois, Winters received a B.F.A. in drawing and painting from the Chicago Institute of Art. She moved to southern California in 1963. She studied with now-retired master billboard artist Mario Rueda, and for the past 11 years has worked full-time as a billboard artist. She lives in Venice, California.
