FRANK M. MOORE
Biographical Information
This English-born painter studied art in Liverpool before moving to Hawaii, where he was director of the Honolulu Academy of Arts for several years. In 1928 he relocated to California, living briefly in Pasadena before settling in Carmel, in northern California.
