ALISON McMAHON
Biographical Information
McMahon studied at California State University, Long Beach (B.A. in Art Education in 1967, M.A. in drawing and painting in 1977). After participating in the CETA artist-in-residency program in Long Beach in the late 1970s, McMahon lived in Taiwan for ten years, recording her impressions in watercolors. Since returning to southern California (1989), she has taught art and writing. She currently lives in Angelus Oaks in San Bernardino County.
