JUDITHE HERNANDEZ


Biographical Information

Born and raised in East Los Angeles, Hernandez (born 1948) attended Otis Art Institute, earning a B.A. in 1972 and an M.F.A. in 1974. She taught at Occidental College, California State University, Long Beach, and Plaza de la Raza. She also worked as a designer-consultant on Aztlan: International Journal Of Chicano Research at the University of California, Los Angeles. She has exhibited her work in the United States and Europe, and lives in Chicago.
