GRONK
Biographical Information
Gronk (born Glugio Gronk Nicandro in 1954) was born in Los Angeles. He was part of the local mural/performance group Asco during the 1970s along with Harry Gamboa Jr., Willie Herron, and Patssi Valdez. He has exhibited his paintings in solo shows in Los Angeles, San Francisco, Seattle, Chicago, and Paris, France, as well as in numerous group exhibitions throughout the United States, and in Mexico and Europe.
