ROBERT FREEMAN


Biographical Information

Winner of more than 150 National Indian art awards, Freeman (born 1939) is an artist, lecturer, teacher, and author. He was born on the Rincon Indian Reservation in southern California, and is a descendant of Bone Necklace, Sub Chief of the Santee Sioux. He lives in San Marcos, 35 miles north of San Diego.
