RAMIRO FAUVE

Biographical Information

A partner in the successful mega-mural team of AdRem Creative, Fauve (born 1959) was born in Argentina. During his childhood he often accompanied his mother, singer Suni Paz, on traditional South American instruments. He painted his first mural with Eva Cockcroft in New York at age 16. In 1979 Fauve moved to Los Angeles to further his music career, then returned to mural painting in 1986, when he helped David Larks paint his mural of Dodger Mike Scioscia for Nike. The following year, after several other projects, Larks and Fauve formed AdRem. They did many commercial mega-murals together until deciding to go their own separate ways in 1993.
