ORLANDO CASTILLO
Biographical Information
Born in the Philippines, Castillo studied art at the University of San Tomas. He was imprisoned during the Marcos dictatorship for his public art and left that country in 1984. In 1990 he left Los Angeles for Oakland, in northern California.
