Description
A whimsical underwater seascape in which sea horses travel past a sign reading “Equestrian Zone,” dolphins and sea lions frolic near a “Children at Play” sign, and tropical fish swim past a “School Xing” sign. This is the first mural completed under the Adopt an Underpass program, an anti-graffiti project of the local Community Police Advisory Board.
