Description

4,000 years of Pilipino and Pilipino-American history. The design is divided into two parts. The first is historical, leading up to the awakening of Pilipino national and political consciousness. The second part is dominated by a huge bird with significant Filipino-Americans on its wings, the farmworkers on the bootom and the youth and community on the right. The mural faces a large community garden.
