Cockroft worked with Eric Nieman, Jaime "Vyal" Reyes, Edwin Perez, and others.
The technique was brush painting with aerosol for finishing and detail--especially in the section of planets, and for eyes, highlights, and accents. The design was put together by a group of ten yhoung graffiti writers, a recent art school graduate, and Cockcroft in a week-long marathon.
Description
This mural presents an evolutionary timeline: the formation of the planets, water world, the age of reptiles, dinosaurs and the death of that era, the formation of mammals, the development of man from the cave artist to Mayan priests, and the present.
