Description
Originally from Spain, Father Miguel Hidalgo was a leader of the Mexican independence movement. In 1990 the Los Angeles Festival, SPARC, and the Los Angeles Cultural Affairs Dept. sponsored Herr¢n's partial restoration of the mural.
