Description
Upon entering the theater, a mural of two reclining women in a French Renaissance garden scene is immediately visible in the upper lounge. Inside the auditorium the gods of Mt. Olympus look down from inside the ceiling's dome (also by Heinsbergen). A stage curtain of a 16th-century French garden scene (artist unknown) is only lowered for special occasions (such as the L.A. Conservancy's annual Last Remaining Seats . film showings).
